WAGER

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 15, 2025

Last Updated: November 15, 2025

1. Introduction

Wager ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our competitive multiplayer gaming platform that offers real-time word-guessing games with blockchain-based wagering functionality.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Our website and platform ("Platform")
  • Services including leaderboards, matchmaking, and competitive gameplay
  • Real-cash prize games and tournaments
  • Wallet connectivity and cryptocurrency transaction functionality
  • All data collected through your use of our services

BY USING THE WAGER PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

3. Blockchain Integration and Data Transparency

Our Platform operates with blockchain technology integration, which fundamentally affects how certain information is recorded and accessed.

3.1 Public Nature of Blockchain Data

All transactions and data associated with your interactions on our Platform that occur on the Solana blockchain, including wallet addresses, transaction records, in-game asset ownership, and cryptocurrency transfers, are recorded on the blockchain. This data is inherently:

  • Public and transparent
  • Immutable (cannot be altered or deleted)
  • Permanently stored on the blockchain network
  • Viewable by anyone on the Solana blockchain

3.2 Wallet Address as Public Identifier

Your Solana blockchain wallet address, which you use to interact with our Platform, serves as a public identifier for your on-chain activities. While this address may not directly reveal your real-world identity, it can be linked to your on-chain transaction history.

3.3 Data Immutability

Once transactions and data are recorded on the Solana blockchain, they cannot be altered, modified, or deleted. This ensures the integrity and transparency of all blockchain activities but limits our ability to fulfill certain data deletion requests for on-chain data.
