The Platform integrates blockchain technology through Solana wallet connectivity to facilitate deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activities.

3.2 Game Mechanics

• Multiplayer competitive battles
• Real-time synchronization between players
• Score-based ranking system
• Multiple rounds per game session

3.3 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform without prior notice.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to:

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Platform limitations, gain unfair advantages, or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

5. Wallet Integration and Cryptocurrency Transactions

5.1 Solana Wallet Connection

The Platform integrates with Solana blockchain technology to enable wallet connectivity. By connecting your Solana wallet to the Platform:

• You authorize the Platform to interact with your wallet for deposits and withdrawals
• You acknowledge that transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible
• You understand that blockchain transactions may be subject to network fees (gas fees)
• You understand that we do NOT have access to your private keys

5.2 Supported Tokens

The Platform supports transactions in:

• SOL (Solana native token)
• USDC (USD Coin on Solana)

5.3 Deposits

• All deposits are processed through the Solana blockchain
• You are responsible for ensuring that you send the correct cryptocurrency to the correct wallet address
• The Platform is not responsible for deposits sent to incorrect addresses

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply (currently $5 USD equivalent)

5.4 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and security checks
• Processing times may vary depending on blockchain network conditions
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and fees may apply (currently $5 USD equivalent)
• We reserve the right to refuse withdrawal requests that violate these Terms or applicable laws
• You are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal wallet addresses

5.5 Transaction Verification

All deposits and withdrawals are monitored and verified through blockchain transaction tracking. The Platform reserves the right to delay or reject transactions that appear suspicious or fraudulent.

5.6 No Investment Advice

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• Loss of private keys
• Regulatory changes

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAGER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10.4 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
